    2. Eligibility for Order Cancellation

    You may cancel your order if:

    • The cancellation request is made within 12 hours of placing the order, and

    • The order has not yet been processed or shipped.

    Orders that have already been processed, packaged, or dispatched cannot be cancelled. In that case, you must follow our Return & Refund Policy after delivery.

    • Reason for cancellation (optional)

    Cancellation Confirmation

    Once we receive and verify your request, our team will send a confirmation email within 24 hours.


    4. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

    If your order is successfully cancelled:

    • A full refund will be issued to the original payment method

    • Refund processing typically takes up to 10 business days

    • Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3–5 business days to release the funds

    No shipping fees apply if the order has not been dispatched.


    5. Exceptions

    Certain orders cannot be cancelled once placed:

    • Orders already processed, packed, or shipped

    • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items

    • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance”

    If the above items are delivered, you must follow our Return & Refund Policy.


    6. Partial Order Cancellation

    If your order includes multiple items:

    • Only items not yet processed may be cancelled

    • You will receive a refund for the cancelled items

    • Remaining items will be shipped as normal


    7. Order Modification

    Requests such as:

    • Changing the shipping address

    • Updating product selections

    • Adding or removing items

    are treated as a cancellation + new order, provided the order has not been shipped.

    All modification requests must be submitted within 12 hours of placing the order.


    8. International Orders

    For international customers:

    • Cancellations depend on warehouse and customs processing times

    • If the order has left our facility and is in transit, cancellation is no longer possible

    • You must follow our Return & Refund Policy once the order is delivered
